Lead Practitioner in Social Work for Adults

Randstad Care Careers is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to fill a Lead Practitioner role in our Complex Work team located in Barnet, London. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of £45,021 to £50,031 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor social worker staff to ensure professional standards and best practice.
  • Ensure the responsibility of safeguarding adults at risk is a fundamental element of this job.
  • Work closely with partners and the competent, confident, creative, and caring workforce to deliver Barnet's vision of strengths-based social care.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years UK experience working in adult social care as a social worker.
  • Experience of supervising or mentoring social worker staff.
  • Experience of complex case work.
