About the RoleAs the Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing clinical, professional, and managerial leadership to the anaesthetic team. Key Responsibilities- Provide visible leadership to the anaesthetic team and promote a positive approach to teamwork.

- Manage and ensure the provision of nursing care, maintaining high clinical standards.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience as a Lead Theatre Practitioner.
