Job Overview

Austin Fraser is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to fill the position of Environmental Services Specialist. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our students and staff.

The successful candidate will have experience in cleaning operations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to cover a designated area, including toilets, classrooms, offices, and shared areas, as well as adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in designated areas
  • Ensure a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £33,500 per annum
