**Job Description**:

This exciting opportunity involves becoming knowledgeable about Quba Solutions, our products, services, and the invoice finance process. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and resolving queries, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This includes drafting renewal contracts, liaising with our risk team, and assisting our payroll department with queries and bank failures. Additionally, you will monitor and manage our customer success email inbox, responding to emails or escalating them to our manager as needed. Your goal will be to understand the key risks that affect Quba Solutions and act in a way that protects the company's interests at all times.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, experience in portfolio management, and a passion for working in a forward-thinking fintech environment. You should be able to think outside the box and carve out innovative ways to improve the customer journey. A good understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges is essential.
