About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works Inspector to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve overseeing construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent document review skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the construction and project team.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring assurance requirements are met, conducting inspections to identify any defects, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and compliance.

This role would suit a motivated and organized individual with a strong understanding of the building and housing industry, and a basic technical and construction awareness.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
  • Previous experience as a Clerk of Works, Quality Manager, or in a building quality assurance role
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • IT literate with ability to read construction drawings
