We are a well-established Community Care organisation based in Newmarket, Suffolk. Our mission is to provide high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or other settings.
We are seeking a dedicated Carer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our clients.
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing companionship and support to clients
- Assisting with daily routines and tasks
- Building relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care-related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
