Trainee Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James in Chester. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping us build our brand in the local marketplace and achieve our targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the lettings team to achieve targets and ensure all tenancies are compliant.
  • Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Carry out viewings and obtain feedback.
  • Negotiate new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
  • Work with the property management team to ensure properties are prepared for move-in.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are informed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality background with a stable CV.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
