Senior Lettings Negotiator – Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and attending lettings viewings and valuations.
  • Generating business through face-to-face and phone interactions.
  • Organizing pre-tenancy paperwork and negotiating lets.
  • Updating window cards and online portals.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Supporting the Lettings Manager with day-to-day operations.

Senior Lettings Negotiator – Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level.
  • Career-driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to take on more responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid IT skills and technology savviness.
  • Negotiation skills and a well-presented demeanor.
  • Target-driven and organized, with excellent time management skills.
