About the Role

TQR is seeking a Production Improvement Lead to join their team at their Plymouth site. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of process engineering principles and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for investigating and resolving process-related issues, as well as implementing basic maintenance processes for designated product lines.
