About The Role:
  We are looking for a highly experienced Ergonomics Expert to join our team in Plymouth, UK. As a leading international defence company, we provide solutions to improve the capability, reliability and availability of our clients' critical assets. The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field, with significant experience working in high-hazard process industries such as nuclear, defence or petrochemical. They will also possess a sound understanding of nuclear safety assessment principles and safety case production, as well as experience with human factors qualitative and quantitative HRA techniques. The role offers hybrid working arrangement, onsite fortnightly in Plymouth, UK, and opportunities to improve work-life balance and increase earning potential. Please note that due to security nature of this role, candidates must have lived in the UK in the last 5 years and be eligible for SC Clearance.
