Role Overview

The Strategic Service Development Lead will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new service models and strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with our clinical teams, stakeholders, and partners to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch new service models and initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for service development and improvement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform service development decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to support service development initiatives
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need: Trained and qualified nurse/healthcare professional with current registration and evidence of PIN

Significant professional clinical senior level experience Band 7Degree or equivalent experience in relevant area of work-Specialist Palliative Care beneficialEvidence of knowledge and practical application of team leadership and line managementEvidence of Continuing Professional Development

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including:
