About the Role:

We are recruiting for a SEN Education Professional to work with 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs in a bespoke school setting in Berkeley, Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning and engagement
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure cohesive student support and progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Requirements:

  • Strong background in teaching and learning, with experience working with students with special needs
  • Proven ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced educational environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary: £30,000 - £46,525 pro rata (M1 UPS3)
  • A £3,000 welcome bonus* for new starters
  • Flexible part-time hours: up to 32 hours per week
