Educational Support Worker

SEN Tutor Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN KS4 teacher to join our team at Simply Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans, catering to individual student requirements.
- Work closely with the teaching team to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
- Monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent qualification in Special Educational Needs.
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £37,275 per annum (based on 32 hours/week).
- £3,000 Welcome Bonus*.
- Part-time hours: up to 32 hours per week.
