SEN Teacher Position

We are seeking a SEN Teacher to join our team at a school that supports students with SEMH needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a special school environment and be able to contribute to the design and delivery of the curriculum.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching to students with complex needs, including anxiety-related challenges and behaviours.
- Collaborate with other staff as part of a multidisciplinary team to address the educational, physical, and social needs of students.
- Plan and deliver lessons using short, medium, and long-term strategies to meet individual needs.
- Set, monitor, and review personalised learning targets to optimise student progress.
Requirements:
- PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or an equivalent teaching qualification, along with evidence of in-service training.
- Experience working in a special school environment, particularly with pupils who have SEMH needs.
