  4. Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage the busy calendar.
  5. Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and products.
  6. Assist pet owners with bookings, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  7. Help clients understand treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.
  8. Handle pet-related inquiries with empathy and expertise.
  9. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  10. Keep client records organised and confidential.
  11. Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency.
