Quality Manager Job Description

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead our company's Quality Management System (QMS) across all departments. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, conducting thorough internal audits, and providing on-site and project-based quality inspections to uphold quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the management and administration of the ISO 9001 QMS across the company
* Ensure ongoing compliance with legislation related to quality, health, safety, and the environment
* Conduct internal audits and provide quality inspections to uphold quality standards
* Investigate complaints and non-conformances in coordination with relevant teams
* Assess and monitor suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the company's QMS

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in driving quality improvements, particularly within manufacturing or engineering environments
* A deep understanding of business operations and quality control principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
