Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Redline Group Ltd in Hampshire. As a Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015.
  • Work with the production manager and quality engineers to document standard operating procedures.
  • Measure and report in-process and final inspection data, and implement corrective action to reduce internal failure costs.
  • Manage the supplier approval process and ensure supplier status on the ERP system is up to date.
  • Organize and manage QMS and EMS internal audits and management reviews.
  • Develop and implement a quality assurance program to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Lead a team of inspectors and quality engineers to ensure the quality of our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Proven quality management experience in an SME manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as an internal auditor for ISO9001:2015.
  • Maintenance of ISO9001 QMS, all aspects.
  • Quality assurance of manufacturing processes with a track record of reject reduction and process improvement.
