About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Facilitator. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships and evaluating learner performance in workplace settings.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop schemes of work and session plans under Quality Team guidance.
  2. Facilitate Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships, ensuring learners receive high-quality training.
  3. Conduct regular progress reviews to monitor timely completion and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Deliver training sessions one-on-one or in groups, online or in-person, utilizing effective communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
  • STLS, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification.
  • Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Mainstream education experience as a teaching assistant (primary, secondary, alternative).

The estimated salary range is $47,000 - $57,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
