**Consultant Job Description**

**Location: Anywhere, Europe**

Consultant.

As a Consultant you will help our clients solve challenging business issues. You will gain client-facing experience - regularly traveling to client sites, assuming key roles among their team, developing meaningful client deliverables, and experiencing Kalypso’s proud entrepreneurial and familial culture first-hand. The work is fast paced, demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be quite steep at times, but the work will help you develop a broad set of skills and enable you to explore areas that are of your interest.

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with Fortune 1000 clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, and product development
- Achieve a balance between meeting client obligations, supporting their needs and acting as an ambassador for the firm
- Improve a client’s business through developing strategy, design, and implementation
- of a variety of digital technologies (e.g. IIoT backbone, Digital Twin, Machine Learning, AR/VR, 3D Emulation, PLM).
- Support the broader team in creating deliverables and facilitating workshops and meetings
- Contribute to the solution design of large, complex business and technical problems
- Assist with the organizational change management efforts to help clients to achieve a successful implementation of their new processes and/or tools

- Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and managers

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering,
- or similar
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or Economics is a plus
- Strong academic track record
- 2-3 years of working experience
- Experience or interest in High-Tech and Industrial Manufacturing industries is a plus
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to the technical team
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% in Europe, some international travel too
- Job is based in Europe and no specific location is required
