We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Professional to join our team as an Apprenticeship Coach. This is a full-time, permanent role that will involve working remotely with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius of your location.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering apprenticeship standards at level 3, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and teach a caseload of learners efficiently.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  1. Develop and generate schemes of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
  2. Facilitate Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
  3. Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
  4. Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
  5. Deliver training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, either in-person or online.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in STLS, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent.
  • Hold either a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a teaching assistant in mainstream education - primary, secondary, or alternative education.
