We are partnering with a long-standing and progressive law firm in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact in a thriving legal practice while enjoying an energising work environment and opportunities for progression.

As a seasoned Private Client Lawyer, you would be entrusted with a mixed caseload and benefit from the firm's strong client base. You would also assist junior team members with advice and guidance.

  • Handle a diverse caseload of private client matters
  • Acting/advising on matters such as wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and court of protection
  • Assist junior team members with ad-hoc advice

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A competitive salary commensurate with experience (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum)
  • Responsibilities include handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, acting/advising on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, LPAs, and court of protection, as well as assisting junior team members with ad-hoc advice.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with over 4 years' PQE
  • Have noticeable experience within a private client setting
  • Be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
