Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of gas installations, appliances, and services within our residential stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust programs and plans for monitoring and managing gas safety compliance.
  • Lead a small professional team in delivering a technical gas safety service, providing senior management with assurance of compliance.
  • Ensure accurate stock data and information are used to inform key performance indicators and drive results.
  • Manage remedial tasks and recommendations, ensuring quality data and evidence support all related activities.
  • Contribute to a culture of trust by creating a supportive and high-performing working environment.
