Your Role

As a Peak Season Retail Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and advice
  • Exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and attention to detail

Driving Sales and Business Results

  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during peak trading periods
  • Support the management team with visual merchandising and stock management
  • Stay up-to-date on company information and sales trends

Key Qualifications

  • Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work across peak periods (six weeks leading up to Christmas)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
