We are seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador and Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing fashion team at Fashion & Retail Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that showcase the brand's unique personality and values. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and objectives, and use your expertise to create content that resonates with their target audience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and captions;
• Developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and increase brand awareness;
• Managing and responding to comments and messages on social media;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all marketing channels;
• Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement;

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from launching new products to creating events that generate buzz around the brand. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry;
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media campaigns and increasing brand awareness;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Video editing skills a plus;

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
