About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at Digital Modus Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifespan of a project and ensuring smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and project status updates.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards, especially in highly regulated sectors such as financial services or healthcare.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading Agile projects, with hands-on knowledge of Scrum frameworks.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong project planning and organisational skills, with experience in resource allocation and risk management.
  • Experience managing projects in highly regulated industries (e.g. Government, finance, healthcare).
