Aircraft Maintenance Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Support to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our aviation maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient completion of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer in the servicing of base allocated aircraft, including daily checks, scheduled maintenance, component changes, rectification, and repair.
  • Assist in the rectification of aircraft defects as directed by the Crew Chief, Chief Engineer, or Aircraft Maintenance Manager within the line maintenance or workshop areas.
  • Manage materials and company equipment provided for tasks and maintain the cleanliness of working areas and aircraft.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work shift patterns to suit business needs.
  • Preferably completed an Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship or similar, with modules such as English, Maths, and Physics.
  • Basic project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
