Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Gama Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Bournemouth Airport facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
  • Record all tasks completed on worksheets, accurately reflecting the work performed and time spent.
  • Utilize available time to support the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, and engage in personal development for career growth.
  • Comply with all procedures detailed in the GAEL Maintenance Organisation Exposition.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies, procedures, and COSHH requirements.
  • Comply with all procedures listed in the current Staff Company Handbook.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a Base or Line Support 145 organisation in a business jet or General Aviation Environment.
  • Completed a City and Guilds or diploma equivalent in aircraft engineering or relevant technical apprenticeship and/or trade qualifications.
  • Demonstrate a high level of skill across multiple disciplines, such as mechanical, structural, and power plant tasks.
