Purchasing Administrator Job Summary

Our client, a growing business in Mansfield, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in purchasing and stock management while working in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product and supplier information in our inventory system.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and build strong relationships.
  • Forecast future sales and maintain stock levels by analyzing sales data.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is £12.00 per hour.
