Pump and Monitoring Equipment Service Specialist Role Overview

The CV Library, a leader in the sector, is seeking an experienced Pump and Monitoring Equipment Service Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the pump service and electrical preparation workshop areas are kept clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.

Your key responsibilities include responding promptly to requests from colleagues for equipment procurement and preparation, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines, and ensuring all plant, equipment, and materials leaving the yard meet required specifications.

You will also assist with the unloading and dispatching of equipment to and from sites, prepare and test 3-phase electric pumps, and connect pump cables using heat shrink and/or resin joints.

In addition, your duties will involve performing calibration and commissioning tests on all pumping equipment, updating the inventory control database, assembling and preparing datalogger units, and testing electronic alarm units.

To be successful in this role, you will require a full UK driving license, a proactive attitude, at least 2 years of experience within the sector, and relevant qualifications such as BS7671:2008 & 17th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

This role offers a competitive salary of £39,000 - £41,600 + Overtime (Negotiable depending on skills and experience) and a range of benefits including 23 days holiday, increasing up to 30 days with years of service, pension, discounted trade membership, private health cash plan, and cycle to work scheme.

Estimated Salary: £40,300 based on location and industry standards
