Independent Living Support Specialist

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable care professional to join our team as a Live-in Care Worker. As part of our team, you will support a young lady in her 20s with her care needs, promoting her independence and overall well-being.
The role involves assisting with personal care, including bowel care, nutritional needs, and health requirements throughout the day. You will also drive the mobility car, helping her get to social activities and daily outings, including collecting her from a local care farm.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and own vehicle with business insurance.
- Minimum 6 months' experience in care, whether in a community or care home setting.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and motivation to make a difference.
- Reliability and trustworthiness, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- One week on, one week off schedule, giving you a great work-life balance.
- Full live-in accommodation and meals provided during your working week.
- Ongoing training and support to ensure you can do your best for our customer.
