We are seeking an Independent Living Companion to support a lovely lady living in Norwich.
Salary:£15.00 per hour.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work as an Independent Living Companion for a friendly lady living in Norwich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship, assisting with daily tasks, and supporting her with anxiety management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompanying the client on shopping trips and supporting her with online shopping.
- Assisting with household chores, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Providing personal care support, such as occasional hair washing.
- Running errands and using initiative when needed.
Person Specification:
- Calm, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Car owner/driver with appropriate business insurance.
- Able to work around the client's cat and transport it in a pet carrier.
- Flexibility to work around appointments.
- Reliability.
- Female due to personal care aspects of the role.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide excellent support to our client.
You will need to be a confident driver, experienced at city centre driving and parking, and able to plan journeys without relying on a sat nav.
You should also be comfortable working independently and using your own initiative when needed.
Estimated Salary:£12,000 - £18,000 per annum (based on 4 hours per week).
