About the Role: As a Channel Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will work closely with channel sales leaders to identify and create enablement aligned to sales goals and seller competencies. You will provide follow-through and coaching to ensure best practices take hold. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enablement that is aligned to business objectives and designed for optimal learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement plans to provide the indirect sales team with the necessary training and tools to elevate skills, increase opportunities, and win deals.
- Partner with sales enablement peers to leverage direct sales content, adapting it to the needs of the channel to accelerate onboarding and upskilling, increase product knowledge, and optimize tools.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to plan and develop training goals, objectives, and all course materials for training modules, assessments, tools, and events.
- Analyze key performance indicators and quantify program effectiveness.
- Extend core technologies to Trimble's indirect channel, specifically to access content and learning.
- Implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives, making improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably with a hardware or software company.
- Experience designing and implementing training programs within a sales environment, to build sales skills; demonstrated knowledge of needs analysis and creating learning programs to address needs.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
