Project Planning Specialist

Alternative Heat is seeking a skilled Project Planner to support our growing teams. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain construction programmes, outlining design and production performance for senior management.
- Monitor progress during construction, coordinating updates and revisions to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Attend internal and external project meetings, presenting project information and updates on areas of responsibility.
- Prepare and present programme dates to influence programme decision making.
- Coordinate with the project team to accelerate tasks and resolve issues.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of the construction industry and processes, from design stage to project completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Asta, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, displaying a proactive approach to all tasks.
