Job Description

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Solutions Architect/EAM Software Implementation Specialist.

You will work closely with clients during the pre-sales and onboarding stages to understand their business processes, goals, and asset management requirements.

You will translate client requirements into detailed technical documentation, ensuring clarity for software configuration and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the configuration and development teams to ensure client requirements are met within the software solution.
  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales process, supporting the sales team with technical queries and demonstrating how our software addresses client needs.
  • Assist in designing custom software configurations and provide guidance on technical feasibility.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations, technical delivery, and project timelines.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-implementation to manage any evolving technical needs or modifications.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical or solutions engineering role, preferably within the software or EAM industry.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes, preferably in asset management software.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive insights and make recommendations for system improvements.
  • Practical knowledge of APIs, middleware, or integration platforms commonly used in software implementations.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • A level of travel will be required.
