Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate Unforgettable Journeys: Design and deliver personalized travel plans that reflect our members' unique preferences and requirements.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong connections with our high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive Client Acquisition: Promote our luxury travel services, leveraging existing networks and expanding our client base through strategic networking.
  • Host Exclusive Events: Create, attend, and host events that showcase our offerings, engage with members, and enhance our visibility in the luxury travel market.
  • Cultivate Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest luxury travel trends, ensuring our services remain unparalleled in quality and exclusivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high-net-worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
  • Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes and challenges with ease and efficiency.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all travel plans are flawlessly executed.
  • Availability to provide round-the-clock service to clients, as needed.
  • Proficiency in using advanced travel management software and luxury travel tools. Added bonus if experienced with a GDS system.
