About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people, working closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in their health and well-being.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellbeing through health promotion and disease prevention.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet the needs of patients and the team.

Person Specification
We are looking for a Paediatric Nurse with a minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric environment within the last 3 years. You will need to be registered with the NMC and have a Paediatric Nursing Degree. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet the needs of patients and the team.
