About the Position:This role involves working closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will be responsible for providing a range of personal care and homemaking services, including assisting with daily living activities and performing household management tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and respite services for family members
- Perform household management tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Requirements:
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate
- Current CPR certification
- Successful completion of a state-approved Direct Care Worker or Home Health Aide course
- Be listed in good standing on the Pennsylvania Aide Registry
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $48,000-$58,000 based on experience and location.
