Culinary Operations Coordinator

Avery Healthcare seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Elvy Court Care Home. In this role, you will support the Head Chef in coordinating daily culinary operations, ensuring seamless execution of meal services and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Main Duties
  • Coordinate meal services, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Support the Head Chef in supervising and directing culinary staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and labor costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimal budget management.

To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant catering qualification (City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent) and at least one year of catering experience. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an excellent addition to our team.

**Estimated Salary:** £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
