This role will involve leading the entire Nights Kitchen teams in delivering high-quality and attractive meals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary leadership and experience in managing kitchen teams. Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • Develop and deliver plans to achieve Britain's Best Kitchen vision.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Continuous Improvement activities.
  • Work closely with all kitchen areas to ensure adherence to GMP scores.
  • Mentor and support Ops Academy activities and attendees.
