Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bureau Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to inform decision-making and drive positive change within the Ministry of Justice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for policy and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Ministry of Justice to gather information and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior officials and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to improve the justice system.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
