We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at Fairlie Healthcare. As a Neuro Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver physiotherapy sessions to residents with neurological conditions, adapting your practice to meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to achieve patient goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and support junior staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments, applying your knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance our services.
Requirements
- HCPC registration and a degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Neuro setting, with a strong understanding of respiratory conditions and their management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
