Aspire People is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants across Birmingham and surrounding areas to support children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Dyslexia, ADHD, SEMH, and other needs.
- Support pupils within the classroom, small groups, and 1:1 settings.
- Foster a supportive environment for children with additional needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course).
- Experience working with SEN in schools or care settings.
- SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Makaton, Team Teach).
- A genuine interest in helping children with extra needs.
