Support Assistant for Young People with Autism

**Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Support Assistant for Young People with Autism to join our team at a partner school in Bromley. As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a First-Class Bachelor's Degree from a leading UK University and prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity. They will be able to demonstrate sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and possess strong knowledge of safeguarding practices.
**Salary:** £525 per week (approximately £27,000 per annum)
**Working Hours:** Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4pm
