The estimated annual salary for this role is £23,328.64 based on 16 hours per week at £11.44 per hour.

Job Description
As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your key responsibilities will include dealing with emails, phone calls, and face-to-face queries efficiently. You will also assist with the promotion of spa services, special offers, and retail products.

Key Tasks
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light snacks in a cafe bar setting
• Ensure all visitors are logged correctly, including contractors and guest passes
• Undertake relevant training required for the role

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is desirable. Proficiency in using booking systems and basic computer skills is also essential.
