We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Quality Nurse to join our team at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a key member of our day case surgery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide education and training to staff on quality and safety standards.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
