In this critical role, you'll lead engineering projects, define user experiences, and shape our frontend architecture. You'll be responsible for executing projects efficiently, owning the product lifecycle, and driving innovation in human-AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Execution: Swiftly execute projects while maintaining high-quality standards and user value.
  2. Feature Development: Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless delivery.
  3. AI Innovation: Explore and develop new paradigms for human-AI interaction and user experience.
  4. Foundation Building: Design products with security, scalability, and excellent developer experience in mind.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience (4+ years) in developing impactful web products with a strong focus on user-centric features.
  2. Excellent computer science foundations, knowledge of React, Next.js, Tailwind, and Typescript, with a passion for AI/LLMs and user experience.
  3. A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth, and constructive feedback seeking.
  4. Familiarity with Python and AWS is beneficial.

We offer an attractive salary ($150,000 - $200,000), equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
