Role Overview:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field.

You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme.

As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline.

Working in teams of consultants, you will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Air Quality - The Air Quality team undertake a range of air quality assessments across multiple sectors.

You will support the delivery of assessments, including undertaking site work to install and collect air quality monitoring equipment, interrogate air quality monitoring data, and undertake air quality modelling using a range of predictive models.

Requirements:

  • You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • You will be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • You will hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
  • You will be comfortable with site-based working, when required for projects.
