Service Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procedures to monitor performance of services in accordance with Service Level Agreements and external contracts.
The ideal candidate will have proficient knowledge of MiCad Auditing software and be able to record, analyse, and review monitoring data. They will also be responsible for designing and producing reports and business information as required.
The post holder will report to the Head of Facilities on all service providers' success or otherwise in achieving the National Standards for cleanliness in NHS Hospitals, or their contractual obligations. They will contribute to the improvement of services by service providers for domestic and portering services.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, users, contractors, and staff within the Facilities Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procedures to monitor performance of services
- Record, analyse, and review monitoring data
- Design and produce reports and business information
- Report to the Head of Facilities on service providers' performance
- Contribute to the improvement of services by service providers
Requirements:
