We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the performance marketing and analytics activity, driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize PPC campaign performance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Test and refine website and campaign elements, including customer buying journeys, landing pages, and PPC ad copy.
  • Implement tracking enhancements across websites using Google Tag Manager and data layer ingestion.
  • Segment customer and prospect data to gain insights into behavior and preferences.
  • Develop personas and audience profiles to guide targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present data clearly and actionably.
  • Communicate complex data findings clearly and recommend actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) with experience in a B2C E-commerce environment.

  • Experience with CRM software management, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive.
  • Some experience in PPC is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in marketing analysis and presenting compelling insights from complex datasets for various audiences.
