The Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery: Lead and manage housing services, including tenancy management, empty homes, and community safety, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent housing management and effective handling of anti-social behaviour, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on service performance, developing strategies to address any areas of underperformance and sharing best practices across neighbourhoods.
- Tenant-Centric Approach: Deliver sustainable tenancies with a deep understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) and trauma-informed care practices, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all residents.
- Safeguarding Lead: Take operational responsibility for safeguarding across the business, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents, and collaborating with stakeholders to address any concerns.
- Collaborative Working: Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer Services, Assets teams, and a broad range of stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Social Housing Leader: Proven experience in leading housing management services within the social housing sector, with a strong grasp of housing law, anti-social behaviour, and sustainable tenancy practices.
- Performance Driven: A track record of effective performance management and achieving high standards and positive outcomes for customers, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborative & Supportive: Committed to teamwork, with experience in managing and developing remote teams to achieve their full potential, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: Ability to creatively and analytically approach challenges, translating complex information into practical, effective solutions that drive results.
- Interim Ready: Available to step into this role on an interim basis, bringing your expertise and energy to hit the ground running and deliver immediate impact.
